Send a Txt Msg to +1 424-242-8371 with the words "{YourUsername} Locked Out" and we'll try get you immediate assistance.

For technical support not related to the above but rather related to the installed Victory Shield app (for example installation problems, filtering not working etc.), you must contact Covenant Eyes directly — they are the developer of the Victory Shield app and handle all device-level technical issues.
