Use Gmail? Are your Accountability Reports missing?

Dear User,

If you use Gmail, you may have noticed that they recently updated their inbox design to try to clear out the clutter from your e-mail. However, after they made the change, some of our members reported that they were not receiving their Internet Accountability Reports. Your Reports may have gone into the Promotions tab or your Spam folder.

The good news is, this is very easy to fix! All you have to do is drag the Reports (or other e-mails from Covenant Eyes) from the Promotions tab back into the Primary inbox. Check out this support article for full instructions.
